BROMWICH HARDY ACT TO SECURE NEW WAITROSE STORE FOR STRATFORD UPON AVON
Bromwich Hardy has recently acted on behalf of a landowner in agreeing a multi-million pound deal that will result in a new Waitrose being built on the Shipston Road in Stratford-upon-Avon.
Waitrose have been keen to be part of Stratford-upon-Avon for many years and will bring a new dimension to the food retailing in the town. A neighbourhood centre and community facility will also be developed in addition to the store.
Tom Bromwich of Bromwich Hardy commented, “After several years of detailed negotiation it’s extremely pleasing to see this transaction come to a satisfactory conclusion. It is an exciting project to have been involved in. The new Waitrose store, the park and ride facility and other community buildings will be a fantastic addition to Stratford-upon-Avon”.
Construction work is due to commence early this year using high quality materials including local stone, brickwork and slate.
