Major letting at Athena Court
A.C. Lloyd has recently agreed a new letting at Unit 6 Athena Court, their flagship office scheme on Tachbrook Park. Rybrook Holdings, one of the UK's largest privately owned car dealer groups are now focusing on the specialist and luxury car sector, have taken a new lease on Unit 6 Athena Court, comprising approximately 6,000 sq. ft. Rybrook represents names such as Bentley, Rolls Royce, BMW, Land Rover, Mercedes Benz and Athena Court is now their UK Head Office.
As well as the motor vehicle side of the business, Unit 6 also houses the UK administration facility for Princess Yachts through their dealership agreement with Rybrook Holdings.
Peter Hemus, Property Director of Rybrook Holdings comments: "Athena Court is ideally located within the UK allowing easy access to our network of motor dealerships. The building provides ideal accommodation for our accounting, administration and property function across the group and we are looking forward to establishing ourself at Tachbrook Park".

In addition to the recent letting of Unit 6, A.C. Lloyd have also let Unit 8, Athena Court to First Utility, an emerging utility provider specialising in smart meters and the letting of Unit 8 represents the completion of full occupation of Phase I of Athena Court, with space remaining in Athena House, which provides self-contained accommodation aimed at smaller companies offering self contained suites from 500 sq. ft to 1,500 sq. ft.
