Bromwich Hardy have recently been appointed by Sertec Group Holdings Limited to advise on their property acquisition of a new 110,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility in Tyseley
The property forms part of a corporate acquisition of DPE Automotive by the Sertec Group and will immediately increase the firms turnover by a further £14 million with scope to increase revenue from the Tyseley operation to £60 million on the back of huge opportunities provided by the work Sertec do with Jaguar Land Rover.

Graham Mosedale Group Chairman comments “This is an extremely important corporate acquisition for us and we needed professional advice on dealing with the new lease we have entered into at Tyseley. Tom Bromwich at Bromwich Hardy acted on our behalf in detailed and intense negotiations over a very short period of time to ensure that we achieved lease terms that were satisfactory to us and enabled us to complete our transaction”
Tom Bromwich comments “We were delighted to have been appointed by Sertec Group Holdings to act on their behalf in this major acquisition and after an intense period of negotiation we have achieved what we believe to be excellent lease terms to allow Sertec to move forward with their plans with Jaguar Land Rover”
