Bromwich Hardy let final unit at 4020 Middlemarch Business Park, Coventry

The final business unit comprising 5,000 sq. ft at the prestigious brand new development at 4020 Middlemarch Business Park, Coventry has recently been let to EDI Plc. This completes the occupation of the eight unit scheme, with three of the business units having been sold and five having been let. Premises range in size from 2,000 sq. ft to 8,000 sq. ft and now house a range of businesses including specialist ceramic tile importers, hi-tech engineering services, a National Courier business, a leading paper distributor and now EDI Plc, a leading international education company.

The development at 4020 sits on the award winning Middlemarch Business Park in Coventry and the development was funded by property entrepreneur James Wilson, whose interests include a house building operation, commercial property development and property investment.

Bromwich Hardy acted on behalf of Rotherhill Developments and James Wilson in the letting and sale of the eight units and has been retained as managing agents for the development.
