i-nexus, which specialises in Business Execution software that helps organisations to drive better execution of strategic objectives, is to move to a new landmark headquarters building in Coventry Business Park.
i-nexus was co-founded by Paul Docherty in 2001. Customers include leading global organisations such as Toshiba, Nestlé and Pfizer amongst its worldwide clients.
He said: “We are a growing business and have simply become too big for our current premises.
“We see that expansion continuing and also wanted a headquarters that reflected the industry in which we operate.
“George House is a very modern, energy efficient building which will give us added profile while very much retaining our roots in the city.
“This is a major move but one we believe will give us the foundation for continuing success and growth.”
George House, on Herald Avenue, was created by the city-based Deeley Group, which also has its headquarters at the complex.
Peter Deeley, chief executive of the building and development group, said: “i-nexus is a real success story for the city and is one of the leading knowledge based companies helping to drive the city forward in new areas.
“While we operate across the UK, we are very much a Coventry company and it is rewarding that we have attracted a global operator to George House, and especially one which has grown in the city and provides high quality employment.”
City based property firm Bromwich Hardy marketed the property, which was built in 2008, for the Deeley Group.
Iain Critchlow of Bromwich Hardy said that i-nexus reflected an emerging side of the regional economy.
“Coventry and Warwickshire is home to a high number of knowledge based companies, many of which have been born out of the larger, more traditional industrial names of the city.
“Our anecdotal evidence is that they have continued to grow during these tough economic times and certainly i-nexus is a prime example of that trend.”
