Bromwich Hardy act for Cobalt Developments and find ideal premises for ACS Building and Maintenance Limited
Bromwich Hardy have recently acted on behalf of Cobalt Development to let Unit 8 Cobalt Centre, Middlemarch Business Park, Coventry, to ACS Building and Maintenance Limited, a specialist building repair and maintenance company working exclusively within the insurance sector. The deal will see them move their H.Q to the popular Cobalt Centre Development on Middlemarch Business Park. ACS are an award winning community focused company employing local qualified tradesmen, providing professional accountable repair and restoration building works. Their clients include Aviva, Direct Line, RBS Insurance, Lloyds Banking Group, Churchill and Cadbury Schweppes.
