Coventry Charity take new office building at 3 Castle Yard, Hay Lane, Coventry
Bromwich Hardy acting on behalf of Miller Group, a national property company have recently let 3 Castle Yard, Hay Lane, Coventry, a self-contained modern office building to Voluntary Action Coventry. Voluntary Action Coventry is a local infrastructure organisation that supports the voluntary and community sector in the city. Founded in 1957, membership is open to all voluntary and community groups within the city and it offers a range of services and activities whilst seeking new projects and initiatives to assist with.
Tom Bromwich of Bromwich Hardy comments "We are delighted to have let the building to Voluntary Action Coventry, who will be using it as their headquarters for their activities within the city. The building provides good modern open plan accommodation ideally suited for the Charity's use". Sue Ogle, Director of Operations and Development at Voluntary Action Coventry adds "We have been looking to relocate from our current offices and 3 Castle Yard provides us with an ideal base close to the city centre providing easy access for the groups we work with, as well as providing good modern accommodation for our organisation to work from".
3 Castle Yard is one of a number of properties within a development owned by Miller Group, providing an office and leisure based environment.
