Richard Hardy qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1976 and concentrates on providing corporate property advice throughout the U.K. on behalf of several international and national companies who appreciate his in-depth knowledge of their property portfolio and its interaction with the operating business.

In addition, he acts for private clients giving general advice ranging from rent reviews and lease renewals through to acquisitions and disposals.
