Bromwich Hardy act as LPA receivers for Allied Irish Bank

Bromwich Hardy have been appointed as Law of Property Act Receivers by Allied Irish Bank (GB) in respect of five residential properties in Worcester. The properties comprise five modern high quality residential apartments at Oaklands Court, Battenhall Road in Worcester.
Initially, Bromwich Hardy’s role was to take over the management of the five flats, which were all tenanted to professional tenants, collect rental, administer the service charge and assess value and likely demand of the properties should they be sold.
Allied Irish Bank have now provided instructions to place the properties on the market and acting as LPA Receivers Bromwich Hardy have appointed Knight Frank to dispose of the properties. Early interest has been positive and Bromwich Hardy hope to have agreed sales on all five properties before the end of 2010, recovering funds for AIB from the Oaklands Court Development.
