Sir Frank Whittle would be proud as Bromwich Hardy secure Jet Engine Company in Coventry!

North Rae Sanders Surveyors acting on behalf of Coventry City Council and Bromwich Hardy who acted for the tenant, have concluded a deal within just four weeks for Bladon Jets who are a leading Micro Gas Turbine Company. This significant expansion has moved the company to a modern 7,043 sq ft Industrial Unit on the Seven Stars Industrial Estate in Coventry.

Bladon Jets is a world leader in the development of micro gas turbine engines. Its patented, breakthrough axial flow technology enables the production of highly efficient, small gas turbine engines that are ideally suited for use in hybrid electric vehicles. This new technology provides a lightweight, multi-fuel alternative to the 100 year old piston engines used in the majority of cars today.  Bladon Jets technology was recently show cased in the Jaguar C-X75 concept supercar at the Paris and LA motor shows, and Tata have recently announced they are to invest in the company.

Tom Bromwich of leading Coventry commercial agents Bromwich Hardy said;  "This prestigious facility has been let on a new 5 year lease at a rent of £5.50 p sq ft which also included incentives for a speedy move. We are delighted to see Coventry Innovation thriving in these difficult times and this again clearly demonstrates growth in this progressive City with the advancement of the jet engine!"
