BROMWICH HARDY ACQUIRE NEW HEADQUARTERS OFFICE FOR QPAC PACKAGING
Bromwich Hardy have recently acted on behalf of QPAC Packaging LLP in acquiring their new head office, Augusta House, in Augusta Place, Leamington Spa. QPAC Packaging are the leading supplier of flexible packaging products, offering a wide range of packaging products for industrial, agriculture, food stuffs, pet and animal feeds, building materials and garden and landscaping.
Chief Executive, Jaymie Balfe started the company fifteen years ago in Leamington Spa and have now outgrown their previous office premises in Portland Street. Augusta House will now serve as QPAC’s head office providing a self contained office building over three floors with a small warehouse building located to the rear.
