An international electronics company is keeping its UK base in Coventry.
Pro-face, which provides intelligent, touchscreen computers to factories across the world, is moving from Orchard Court in Binley to the plush new surroundings at the Cobalt Centre near Coventry Airport.
The firm employs seven UK staff but has bases around the globe including a head office in Amsterdam.
Stuart Banbrook, the UK general manager, has overseen the move to the Cobalt Centre and also looks after Pro-face’s operations in Eastern Europe including in the Czech Republic and Poland.
He said the company’s customer base had grown nationally and internationally but Coventry remained the best place from which to do business.
Three office units remain for sale at the Cobalt Centre, which is situated on the Middlemarch Business Park off Tollbar Island.
Chris Swan, of Cobalt Developments, said: “This is yet another company that has decided to relocate the Cobalt Centre which is great news for Coventry.
“Pro-face have been looking around for some time and it is great that we could provide them with the home they needed here.
“There is very good interest in the last few office units here and we are currently in strong negotiations with other interested parties. This is fast developing into a thriving business centre.”
